 These food courses are traditional Japanese dishes with a sense of the season, with carefully selected ingredients by myself.
Naturally, these dishes don't use MSG or process foods.

KIMOTO SAKE

Kimoto is a traditional sake brewing method that has been for 400 years since the era of the samurai.
Men of that time were inserting the sword between the band and waist, and doing the chon mage hairstyle.
The sake at that time, it is “Kimoto” sake.
Samurai had drunk sake is exactly kimoto sake brewing method.


In Japan at that time didn't exist any pesticides or chemicals,
so this characteristic of Kimoto method can make without using pesticides and chemicals.
Naturally, Kimoto is the samurai organic sake.
And I'm most surprised, so Kimoto method is the only one that can make the umami component in the world.


The unique umami of Japanese food and the umami of Kimoto sake would impress you with the umami that you can't imagine in your mouth.
